EXCHANGE & CANCELATION POLICY:

We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to exchange or cancel your product you need to inform us at:

To be eligible for a exchange within15 Days, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. We can also issue you a credit note if you choose to delay your purchase for the exchange items.

Important point to keep in mind while sending back the product for exchange:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
  undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.

*We do not accept refund requests. 
*If outfits are altered, it is not eligible for exchange.
*We do not entertain cancelation & exchanges on international orders.

SIZES:

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.

COLORS:

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.

SHIPPING POLICY: 

The shipping charges for all shipping with India is FREE on prepaid orders. Once your order is confirmed items would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. 

Shipment could be delayed due to weather conditions or Pandemics. Our team ensure you that we will try our best to deliver your parcel within the given time frame.  

However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched.
